Since 1999 these two nice 7.7cm FK 96 n/A are listed in the 'Inventaire du Patrimoine de la France'. These WW1 trophies were given by the President Clemenceau to Madame d'Aunay, wife of the Comte d'Aunay, Senator, President du Conseil General de la Nievre, friend of Clemenceau and Ambassador."

Refurbished from 1993 a 1997, they are in a very good condition, including the leather pieces; During the good season they are exposed on each side of the Castle gates.

The older gun has been produced in 1897 and modified in 1907 by Krupp. The newest one is dated 1918 and numbered 29779, Krupp.
